What font can I choose?

You let us know what font you want and we will try our best to accommodate, we will let you know if we cannot do something and provide suggestions. We cannot do special font requests for orders placed less than 3 days in advance.

How much text can I put on the card?

When it comes to amount of text you are only limited to the space on the card. However, any extraordinary amount and font of text on cards will be charged .50 cents to $2 per word (i.e. extra large or difficult to work with font, more than 6 words on the card or very stylized requests).

Can I keep the card or accessories?

Sorry we are a strictly a rental business. We do not allow anyone to purchase our items. The only item you can purchase and keep are the helium balloons.

Can I book a card on a holiday?

Yes, provided we have driver availability. Please contact us to confirm if we can accommodate your request.

What is included in your quote/ price?

In general, the quote includes your order, custom text (within 10 words, standard font) delivery, keepsake, install/ de-install.

Can I pay cash? 

We do not accept cash, no exceptions.

How can I order and what are your payment methods?

Please contact us via our order form or call (416) 884-0936. Our coordinator will then provide you with a quote at which point you can pay over the phone. We accept Visa or MasterCard over the phone.

Critters have gone missing, what happens now? 

Although it is very rare that something like this ever happens. As per our contract, you will be required to pay the replacement for any missing critters which is $20 per critter.

What happens if the cards/ critters fall down?

The renter is responsible for the setup. a fallen card needs to be picked up and placed in a safe place. Once installed, any damages will be charged to the renter as per our contract. These cards and critters are one of a kind and it costs us a lot to replace, so we ask your cooperation to deal with our equipment with care. Please inform us via email/ phone in the event that you need to take down our sign.

Our sign is currently installed on the lawn, the weather is bad, or about to get worse. What can I do? 

Once your lawn has been setup we expect the renter to use reasonable judgement and if needed take the card and critters down. Once installed, any damages will be charged to the renter as per our contract. These cards are one of a kind and it costs a lot to replace, so we ask your cooperation to deal with our equipment with care.  Please inform us via email/ phone in the event that you need to take down our sign.

I have pre-booked a card, what happens if the weather is very bad?

We try our best to deliver, even in bad weather. However we cannot control how bad the weather can get and may need to cancel. You will have the option to re-adjust your delivery or if do not prefer to re-book please contact us and we will refund your money.

I need ideas, where can I see your setups?

Why can storks be rented out for longer than birthday cards?

Our birthday cards are popular and limited. Due to the limited quantity we are only able to offer a one day rental period (additional days are $10 per day). We have a limited but larger quantity of each new born sign which allows us to offer the setup for longer. Most people don’t prefer to keep birthday cards up for longer than the actual birthday date anyways.

How long can I rent for?

Rental prices for birthday cards are 1 day and for new born cards are 1 week. Pick ups are generally done at night. We will pick up the card anytime between the night of the last day of install to the following night. You can extend your rental period provided that no one else has pre-booked your card. Extra days are $10 per day, please call us to see if we can offer you a special package if you require the card for an extended time period. Please contact us for any special requirements.

How far in advance can I order?

Depending on card and driver availability we try our best to accommodate last minute requests, however we cannot guarantee we will be able to fulfill last minute requests. Generally we require at least a minimum 24 hours notice to be able to customize the card and arrange for delivery. Please contact us to see if we are able to fulfill your request.
