Night Time Deliveries
Please note that our delivery route starts from Oakville, ON after 8:00 pm and your install may be done anytime between 8:00 pm- 6:00 am in the morning.
The farther you are from us the later your install may be.
If you need to confirm your delivery (for peace of mind) please do so within business hours via text or email.
We are not always able to respond to inquiries about timing of installation after closing time, your order will be delivered as stated on your order confirmation.
So, unless it is urgent regarding an order already placed or being placed on the same night, please try not to call or text us after hours as we all need some downtime with our families after a full day of work.

We try our best to respond to everyone, however, due to a shortage of staff during the COVID-19 pandemic it is taking us more than usual time to get back to everyone.

Things you can do before delivery
Look over your confirmation to make sure everything is correct for your delivery date!
Water your lawn! A watered lawn helps when we have to install the mount for the card. You MUST have lawn (grass) are for the card to stand up well. We cannot install on porches or garden soil areas as the card is large and may fall. Critters can be installed in soil.
If you have water sprinklers PLEASE let us know beforehand. You will need to mark the area where the installers can put the card.
